How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method (sea vs land). We confirm exact timelines with your quote.
Do you handle customs and import documentation?
Yes — full documentation is prepared for customs clearance at destination.
Who assembles the court on site?
Your local contractor, using our detailed assembly drawings and remote technical supervision. Any experienced steel/glass construction crew can assemble the court.
What if my site needs special foundation work?
We provide technical guidance for foundation preparation; the ground work itself is done by a local contractor before our team arrives.
How are the courts packed for shipping?
Glass panels travel in wooden crates secured with steel straps on both sides of the container. Tubing is wrapped in protective fabric and stretch film, mesh frames in fabric and bubble wrap. Containers are loaded with no empty space to prevent shifting in transit.
Can I get material samples before ordering?
Yes — we can send sprayed metal samples, turf samples and other materials for testing. Courier costs are covered by you and deducted from your order total once you place it.
