What glass thickness do you use?
10mm tempered safety glass as standard on all models, covered by a 10-year warranty.
Can the steel structure handle coastal or high-wind locations?
Structures are hot-dip galvanized against corrosion; wind-load reinforcement is available for coastal and high-wind sites — confirm local wind-load requirements with us at quote stage.
What turf do you recommend for humid climates?
For humid, high-heat climates we recommend monofilament turf with enhanced drainage — texturized turf is better suited to drier, temperate climates.
What warranty do you provide?
10-year warranty on tempered glass, 5-year warranty on the steel structure, lighting and artificial turf — covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
What steel do you use for the structure?
Tubing is cut and shaped from Q235 steel coil plates, with a Q235 certification report available. Coil-plate tubing is stronger and more durable than the strip-steel tubing many suppliers use to cut costs.
How is the structure protected against rust outdoors?
After machining, the mesh frames and tubing are hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 80–120 microns, plus zinc-rich primer and electrostatic spraying. In humid climates this protects against rust for up to 8 years.
